From time to time, CPC hosts programs that are open to the community on various topics of contemporary interest.

For example, in recent years, CPC has:

• Collaborated with the Harrison County Public Library and the Indiana State police in offering a presentation on dealing with active shooters.
• Dr. Heather Thiessen led a study of Islam, based on the book No God but God by Dr. Reza Aslan
• Explored ways to “Unplug the Christmas Machine” in a holiday workshop dedicated to keeping the real spirit of Christmas alive during the holidays.
